“We initially met as competitors but discovered a profound friendship and sisterly bond,” shared the Ghanaian co-wives who married their husband on the same day, reflecting on their unique relationship.

Two Ghanaian co-wives, Adepa and Deejah Houston, who entered into marriage with their husband on the same day, have shared their journey of developing a close bond and friendship.

The trio exchanged vows late last year.

Reflecting on their relationship in a Facebook post dated Tuesday, February 27, 2024, Adepa recalled how their initial rivalry transformed into a deep friendship and sisterhood.

“Though we began as competitors with shared aspirations, we eventually found camaraderie and sisterly affection.

Now, she’s not just a friend but my twinny, all thanks to our wonderful husband, Michael Houston. May God bless our home and keep us safe,” she expressed.

They affectionately referred to themselves as “The Houston twins.”

Deejay expressed, “We each have our own crown and lifestyle. Despite being two entirely different individuals, we harmonize perfectly. When we encounter differences, we communicate, apologize, help each other grow, and move forward.”

In response, their husband commented on one of their posts, stating, “A relationship devoid of conflicts is insincere.

I admire the progress you two have made and how you resolve issues without needing my input anymore.

I couldn’t be prouder; both of you are the reason our blessings have multiplied exponentially in recent times. With God by our side, we will achieve even more.

May the peace of the Lord continue to abide in our union and throughout generations, Amen.

I love you, my wives.”
