Mahid Muazu Abubakar, the spokesperson of the Gombe State Police Command, has shared his journey of patiently waiting for 14 years before marrying the woman he loves.
According to a post on X, Muazu revealed that he initially met his wife in 2010 but refrained from pursuing her due to her young age.
Despite facing rejection from Nafisa’s family members in 2016, he remained determined.
Muazu proposed to her eight years ago, and they recently tied the knot.
