Former Senator Shehu Sani, who represented Kaduna Central in the Senate, attributed the current economic challenges in Nigeria to the failure of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

Speaking as a guest on Channels TV, Sani highlighted that certain economic policies being implemented by President Bola Tinubu now, which have exacerbated economic hardships, should have been addressed by Buhari during his tenure.

Sani emphasized that the deterioration of the economy was primarily due to the institutional and fundamental failures of the Buhari administration.
