Fire Outbreak site in Zamfara
Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has affirmed the government’s commitment to aiding traders who suffered losses in the recent fire at Gusau Central Market.
During his visit to assess the damage, Governor Lawal expressed condolences, vowing to assist those affected.
In a statement by his spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, the Governor assured that the government would take measures to alleviate their suffering and facilitate recovery.
Lawal also highlighted pre-existing efforts to enhance market development across the state, emphasizing the government’s dedication to supporting the fire victims and exploring avenues to mitigate their losses.
The market’s Chairman, acknowledging the government’s prompt response, expressed gratitude on behalf of the victims.
