While nudity itself does not automatically constitute indecency, the law exempts individuals practicing naturism in designated areas.
This isn’t the first time Bianca has faced potential legal issues due to her daring behavior while on vacation.
During their trip to Italy last year, Bianca risked facing a €10,000 fine and possible imprisonment for her behavior, described as being “virtually naked” in the country.
According to the Italian Constitutional Court, fines ranging from €5,000 to €10,000 can be imposed, and individuals exposing themselves in areas frequented by minors may face imprisonment for four months to four years.
