Actor-lawyer Kenneth Okonkwo addresses Nigeria’s looming chaos and offers insights on the Tinubu government in a video.

Nigerian actor and politician, Kenneth Okonkwo, expressed concerns about the potential for anarchy in Nigeria, attributing it to the policies of the current government.

Okonkwo, who previously served as a spokesperson for the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, shared his views in a recent interview with journalist Seun Okinbaloye.

He emphasized that Nigeria cannot be governed in the same manner as Lagos, where decrees are made and expected to be immediately effective.

According to Okonkwo, while he initially thought the Buhari government was problematic, he believes the current administration is even worse.

He criticized President Tinubu for allegedly allowing his children to be positioned ahead of federal ministers in a protocol arrangement during a recent visit to Qatar.

In Okonkwo’s opinion, such actions are unacceptable and disrespectful to the nation’s military personnel. He further criticized the Tinubu government for favoring individuals from the Lagos axis, particularly those associated with the ‘Jagabanic proteges’.

The actor-politician’s remarks underscore his apprehension regarding the state of governance and leadership in Nigeria.
