Faith Morey and Iyabo Ojo
In the wake of the recent airing of episode 4 of the Real Housewife of Lagos, tensions between cast members have come to the forefront.
Model Faith Morey, a member of the show’s cast, found herself at the center of a verbal altercation involving her co-star, actress Iyabo Ojo, and another cast member, Mariam Timmer. This intense confrontation stemmed from Faith’s connection with Laura Kanu. Although the episode, which aired on Friday, October 20th, showcased a heated exchange, Faith later revealed that the situation escalated off-camera, with her castmates following her to her room, though these behind-the-scenes events were not revealed to viewers.
Following the release of the episode and the subsequent backlash from fans over her behavior, Iyabo Ojo took to her social media page on October 21st to clarify her actions. She claimed that her behavior on the show was primarily a performance, emphasizing that she had willingly taken on the role of the show’s “villain.”
However, Faith Morey took to Instagram this morning to challenge Iyabo’s explanation, asserting that the portrayal was not an act orchestrated by the show’s producers.
In Faith’s view, Iyabo’s actions were a reflection of her true self, and she endured months of bullying during her time on the show.
