According to recent reports, Tyga has filed for full custody of their 11-year-old son, King Cairo, in the midst of their ongoing legal battle with Blac Chyna.

In the documents submitted in Southern California, the 33-year-old rapper has also proposed granting Chyna, who is 35 years old, a ‘reasonable right to parenting time without physical custody,’ as revealed by The Blast in their review of court documents on Monday.

The most recent submission in this legal case precedes a November court hearing where custody and visitation arrangements will be reviewed for the celebrity exes, who are co-parenting their 11-year-old son, King Cairo, who celebrated his birthday on Monday.

Tyga’s filing was a response to Chyna’s prior court requests made in August. She had sought a ‘petition to determine parental relationship’ and the establishment of child support while proposing ‘joint custody’ for the artist known as Freaky Deaky, as reported by the outlet.

The musical artist, whose complete name is Micheal Ray Stevenson, reportedly sought court authorization, as per The Blast, to obtain ‘written permission from the other parent or party, or a court order, for relocating the children outside of California.’

Chyna, also known as Angela Renée White, filed a request with the court in the custody case involving the Rack City performer. She sought to have the court ‘issue orders for child support and authorize an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.’

Furthermore, Chyna, who is the mother of a six-year-old daughter, Dream, with Rob Kardashian, 36, disclosed in legal documents that she has resorted to selling her personal possessions to make ends meet due to the mounting legal expenses arising from her custody dispute with the rapper.

Documents recently obtained by TMZ this month have provided insights into Chyna’s financial challenges and the purported co-parenting issues she’s been encountering with Tyga, who is known to be in a romantic relationship with singer Avril Lavigne, aged 39.

Chyna has indicated that she requested financial support from Tyga but has resorted to covering her expenses by selling her clothing, handbags, and footwear to friends, family, and through an online consignment store.

According to Chyna, she has generated approximately $178,000 from the sale of her possessions, but she views this as a short-term solution, as she anticipates that she will eventually exhaust her available items for sale.
