Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike and President Bola Tinubu
In a recent announcement, Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, revealed that President Bola Tinubu has opted to exclude the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Administration from the Treasury Single Account (TSA).
During a press conference in Abuja on Friday, October 13, Nyesom Wike revealed that this action has now bestowed increased financial control upon the FCT Administration.
Wike also mentioned that Tinubu granted approval for the creation of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) within the FCT Administration and the establishment of a dedicated secretariat for women’s affairs.
