Nine students who were kidnapped in Delta state have been released

Nine students who were traveling along the East-West road in Ughelli, Delta State, on Friday night, March 29, and were abducted, have been released.

The students, who were returning from their school in Calabar, Cross River State, were kidnapped from the minibus they were traveling in.

The driver of the bus managed to escape unharmed. According to an update from the spokesperson of the command, SP Bright Edafe, all nine students have been freed. However, it was not mentioned whether any ransom was paid.
