Lawmaker’s daughter tragically mu¥dered in Borno.

In a tragic incident on Tuesday, October 17, an unidentified assailant strangled the daughter of Hon. Bukar Abacha, a member of the Borno State House of Assembly representing Ngala local government area, near Gidan Dembe in Maiduguri, the state’s capital.

As reported by the neighborhood’s inhabitants, the perpetrators targeted the victim during the brief absence of the lawmaker’s spouse, who had stepped out of their residence to attend prayers at a nearby mosque.

Mrs. Amma Buwa, the victim’s husband, discovered her lifeless body within their home, her hands and legs bound behind her back. Her two-year-old child was found crying beside her.

Subsequently, Mr. Buwa took the deceased to the police station to report the tragic incident.

The Gwange Police Division transported the deceased to the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital for both an autopsy and a thorough investigation.

As per information shared on Facebook by a family source, it has been decided that the deceased will be laid to rest this morning in Maiduguri.

Mrs Amma Buwa is killed by some hoodlums earlier today after isha prayer, where some unknown men invaded into her house after her husband left to the masjid for isha prayer. Amma is the daughter of member Representing ngala at the state house of Assembly.
The janaiza (burial) will take place at 777 Housing Estate by 10am in Maiduguri. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.” he wrote.
