A confidential initiative aimed at safeguarding Earth in the event of a nuclear conflict is underway within an Alpine bunker in Switzerland, it has been disclosed. In the midst of escalating global tensions and concerns over a potential World War Three outbreak, a US company has implemented a cutting-edge “Superman” memory disk, designed in the United Kingdom, housing a compilation of human history. Situated deep within a mountain vault near Flums, Switzerland, the advanced quartz disk, crafted at Southampton University’s Optoelectronics Lab, contains 60 million microscopic pages of human knowledge and is engineered to endure a nuclear catastrophe.

The nano archive, coated with laser technology, encompasses the entire content of Wikipedia and the Rosetta language archive. Ongoing enhancements to the archive will encompass 100,000 books and millions of photographs and illustrations spanning various facets of global culture, art, literature, science, sport, and history.

Operating under the name Global Knowledge Vault, the project is overseen by the Arch Mission Foundation, which intends to deploy similar memory disks and vaults on every continent.

Notably, the foundation gained recognition for placing one of its memory disks in the glove box of Elon Musk’s space-bound Tesla Roadster. Additionally, it is conducting two missions to land “Lunar Libraries” on the surface of the Moon next month.
