Five-year-old David tragically lost his life after falling from a fence while playing with friends in Igando on Friday, April 19. The father reported the incident to Igando police, and the child was rushed to the local General Hospital by a neighbor, where he was pronounced dead.
The police responded to the scene and transported the deceased’s body to the Mainland General Hospital in Yaba for an autopsy.
