Following allegations that Nigerians were barred from making purchases at the Chinese supermarket within the China General Chamber of Commerce in Abuja, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) took swift action.
Today, April 22, FCCPC officials raided the premises, interrogating Nigerian workers who revealed that CCTV footage indicated the owner, Cindy Liu Bei, along with her family, fled the premises at 8:26 am.
Consequently, the FCCPC sealed the supermarket.
