Late Adebayo Alao-Akala
A fire broke out at the home of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Alao-Akala, in Ogbomoso. One person is feared dead, and several others were injured.
A family member revealed that the fire was caused by a power surge between 7:30 am and 8:00 am.
According to a source, “Yes, it is true. We experienced power surge this morning, and it consumed one person. One person also sustained serious injuries.”
However, another source mentioned that many people sustained injuries. It’s worth noting that Alao-Akala passed away in January 2022.
