Nollywood actor Charles Okocha created a commotion on a busy road by wearing a dress that looked like women’s clothes. In a video, he’s seen wearing a white outfit with a short skirt, a crop top, a singlet, and a wig on his head.
He got out of his car and ran across the road, laughing and saying his famous ‘Phenomenal’ words.
Efforts to control Charles Okocha failed as he created a scene on the crowded road. He lay on the ground, spreading his legs widely.
In his post, the actor shared the video, saying, “The world needs to be Phenomenal…Hypeman @jaytee_yna.”
