In Awka, Anambra State, an official of the Anambra Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) was fatally shot near a motor park while on duty.
The incident occurred when he stopped a Toyota Sienna vehicle with tinted glasses. Tragically, the occupants of the vehicle shot him before fleeing the scene on Thursday morning, April 17.
This incident follows another murder by gunmen at Aroma junction the previous evening, April 16.
