A woman known as Amina reportedly poured boiling water on her husband in Niger State’s Kontagora Local Government area during a heated argument between the couple.
A local journalist, Comrade Sadiq Lanre Ishaq, who interviewed the victim in a video, stated that the police are probing the matter and that the perpetrator will face legal action.
“Marriage shouldn’t be a battleground,” he remarked in the video posted on Thursday, March 27, 2024.
