On Tuesday morning, a tanker veered out of control and collided with the central divider along Ikorodu Road in Lagos State.
This incident was disclosed by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority through a video posted on its official social media account on the same day.
The video footage shows the aftermath of the crash, with the tanker sustaining significant damage and becoming lodged in the median.
As per the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), the tanker lost control and collided with the median between New Garage and Odo Iyalaro Bridge.
Furthermore, LASTMA mentioned that the accident was not causing traffic disruption and assured that safety measures were in effect, including plans for the tanker’s removal.
