Taking to Instagram to recount his experience, the comedian shared that the assailants initially issued threats when he suggested allowing unrestricted photography of the wedding.
Okey Bakassi explained that they prevented other attendees from taking pictures with the newlyweds during a conversation with the groom.
Following the conclusion of the event, one of the assailants assaulted him, but timely intervention from other guests came to his rescue, as per Okey Bakassi.
The comedian mentioned that with assistance from the DSS, he successfully left the state. He affirmed his determination to seek justice in the matter.
