Fatal Accident Claims Two Lives in Ore, Ondo State
Tragedy unfolded in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State when a truck fatally collided with two individuals on Saturday along the Ore-Okitipupa Expressway, at the Idi Mango area.
According to reports, the incident involved a truck and a motorcycle, with sources attributing the accident to the recklessness of the motorcyclist. It’s believed that the motorcycle slipped and collided with the truck, traveling in the opposite direction.”
The motorcycle collided with a truck traveling from Okitipupa. Sadly, the two brothers riding the motorcycle lost their lives instantly. The truck driver fled the scene, and the truck has been seized by the police in Ore,” the source disclosed.
“The State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Ezekiel Son’Allah, has also confirmed the incident.”
“Son’Allah attributed the accident to reckless overtaking and exceeding speed limits.
He stated, “Two fatalities occurred due to reckless overtaking and speeding.
