In its latest statement, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has reported the apprehension of the Julius Berger trailer driver responsible for toppling a newly installed barrier along Ojuelegba bridge, heading towards Fadeyi, Lagos.
Announcing the incident on their official X account, LASTMA stated: “During an emergency rescue operation at Ojuelegba this morning, LASTMA officials confirmed that a Julius Berger trailer collided with a recently installed barrier on Ojuelegba bridge heading towards Fadeyi, Lagos.”

Omotosho Azeez, a representative from LASTMA, has affirmed that the driver of the Julius Berger trailer was apprehended by the agency’s officials and subsequently transferred to the Area ‘C’ Police Station in Ojuelegba.
