Two women are filing a lawsuit against Trey Songz, alleging that they lost consciousness at his house party, only to awaken and find him engaging in nonconsensual sexual activity with them.

According to a recently obtained lawsuit by TMZ, these women are accusing Trey of sexual assault and battery related to an incident in 2015 at his Los Angeles-area estate.

According to the records, the women state that their initial encounter with Trey occurred in June 2015, when they attended his concert and received an invitation to an after-party he was hosting.

They allege that subsequent interactions led to an invitation to his residence for his birthday celebration in August.

The women assert that they used an Uber to travel to Trey’s house, where they were required to provide a password and surrender their phones to gain entry. Once inside, they describe the environment as predominantly female, with only a small number of men present, and claim that they felt pressured to consume alcohol from bottles that were not sealed.

Within the lawsuit, the women assert that they experienced a sudden and extreme feeling of intoxication, even though they believed they had consumed a relatively small amount of alcohol, leading them to suspect they were drugged.

They allege that they were seated on a couch near the pool, at which point Trey Songz approached them and guided them to an upstairs bedroom where they lost consciousness while still fully dressed.

The following morning, the women state that they awoke without their clothing and Trey Songz was naked, engaging in non-consensual sexual activity with them.

One of the women claims that Trey attempted non-consensual oral sex, and despite her efforts to resist, she was overpowered.

The second woman alleges that she regained consciousness to find Trey Songz biting her nipple and inserting his fingers into her vagina against her will.

The woman said, “Trey demanded they take a shower with him after the alleged sexual attacks, but they say they refused and he became enraged, yelling at them, “You are little f****** girls, get the f*** out of my house.”

The women claim that they hastily retrieved their garments and attempted to depart, but Trey declined to surrender their mobile devices. Subsequently, they assert that a security guard stepped in, provided them with their phones from a secure location, and they arranged for an Uber ride.

Within their lawsuit, the women contend that they have sustained enduring injuries as a result of the purported incident, and they are pursuing Trey for compensation.

In response, Michael Freedman, the attorney representing Trey, conveyed to TMZ,  “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
