Bladimy Mathurin, 47, marched out of the apartment brandishing a pair of scissors and angrily confronted the neighbor, the video shows.

Disturbing Video Captures Cold-Blooded Neighbor Shooting of Father and Stepson in Brooklyn Apartment Hallway Amid Noise Dispute on Sunday Night.

The unsettling video, acquired by The Post, commences with an enraged individual dressed entirely in black, pacing furiously outside the apartment of his upstairs neighbors on the fourth floor of 1418 Brooklyn Ave. This well-known housing complex in East Flatbush has ties to celebrities like Barbra Streisand and Michael K. Williams, who grew up in the area.

A woman exits the apartment and engages in a verbal exchange with the neighbor, who authorities identified as Jason Pass, aged 47.

Shortly afterward, the woman is joined by her son, identified by law enforcement as Chinwai Mode, aged 27. Since the video lacks audio, the exact nature of their conversation remains unknown.

In the next moments, Bladimy Mathurin, a 47-year-old school bus driver and Mode’s stepfather, emerges from the apartment while holding a pair of scissors. He confronts the neighbor with visible anger, as depicted in the video.

As his wife attempts to pull him away, the bodybuilder father of four resists her efforts and pushes her back.

In that instant, the heated verbal altercation takes a terrifying twist when the neighbor in black draws a handgun and points it in Mathurin’s direction.
