Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had ‘iron-clad prenup’ that simplified the division of their $733m empire that includes $26M property portfolio

It has been revealed that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen had “an iron-clad prenup” which allowed them to quickly settle their divorce.

The former couple, who confirmed their split in October boasts an estimated combined net worth of $733 million that includes a $26 million property portfolio and multiple businesses.

A source tole The Post; “There was an iron-clad prenup set down before they married in 2009. They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.”

It is believed Brady, 45, will keep the $17 million mansion currently under construction on the “billionaire’s bunker” Indian Creek Island in Miami. They bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.

The Post reported that ahead of their divorce, the Brazilian bombshell quietly purchased her own home in Miami Beach, a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad for $1.25 million.

Sources say she will likely use this property as an office, and has also bought another larger home in the area.

Bündchen, 42, will also retain their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where she regularly vacations with the kids.

Their massive property portfolio also includes a home in the Bahamas, another at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana, and a New York City apartment, where Bündchen had been staying amid their split.

While the divorce documents are confidential, sources say they will share joint custody of their children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Brady also has a 15-year-old son Jack with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Brady has an estimated net worth of up to $333 million, while Bündchen, the world’s highest-paid model is reported to have her own $400 million fortune.

After months of living apart, last week, Brady and Bündchen,  who wed in February 2009 in a private ceremony in Santa Monica confirmed they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage.

The supermodel filed for divorce in Glades County, Fla., last Friday, and the dissolution of their marriage was immediately finalized.

The source added that the terms of the split and the division of their huge property portfolio were already settled ahead of the filing.
