In accordance with the prevailing state rules and regulations, a group of 14 Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) officers is scheduled to face a disciplinary panel for allegations of extortion and excessive use of authority.

According to a statement issued by Adebayo Taofiq, the Director of the Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department at LASTMA, Bolaji Oreagba, the General Manager of LASTMA, has revealed that the implicated officers, whose cases have undergone investigation, will be presented before the Government Disciplinary Committee referred to as the Personnel Management Board (PMB) Discipline.
