Adele has allegedly verified her marriage to Rich Paul. The pair had been speculated to have gotten married last year, with Adele previously referring to the sports agent as her ‘husband’.

Reportedly, she has now confirmed the marriage at her best friend Alan Carr’s comedy show in Los Angeles, as two audience members conveyed the news to Deuxmoi.

An eyewitness clarified, ‘I attended Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight, and Adele was in the audience. Alan inquired if anyone had recently gotten married, and Adele exclaimed, “I did”.’

Another attendee at the ‘small and intimate show’ shared, ‘When he inquired if anyone had recently gotten married, she shouted “I did”. It was super cute all around, and she was very sweet but left right before it concluded.’

The individual further mentioned, ‘Adele was seated directly behind me, enjoying herself with a friend. Her security only came in to bring her snacks.’

They added, ‘She didn’t mind if people knew she had there and even playfully teased him; they’re best friends.’

In the previous month, Rich, aged 41, commented on the speculations surrounding their marriage, highlighting how he and Adele, aged 35, have ‘supported each other’ throughout their two-year relationship.

During an appearance on CBS Mornings, Rich remarked about his partner: ‘She’s been great. I think she would agree that we’ve definitely helped each other. I’m in a good space, we’re in a good space. Happy. She’s superb. She’s been great for me. We’ve been great for each other.

CBS host Gayle King questioned Rich about the rumors surrounding his marriage to Adele. The journalist inquired whether she should use the term ‘Mrs. Paul’ when addressing Adele in the future.

Richard remained elusive, responding, ‘You can say whatever you want,’ and further expressing that he is not the ‘type of person to put [his] personal life. It’s not for the media.’

Adele had referred to Rich as her husband during her Las Vegas concert in September, leading to speculation about their marital status. At the show, a woman in the audience shouted, ‘Will you marry me,’ to the “Rumor Has It” singer, as captured in a TikTok clip.

‘You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight,’ Adele replied.

The fan responded, ‘Can you try?’ and Adele clapped back, ‘No, I don’t want to try. I’m with Rich. You’re crazy, leave me alone.

The couple made their relationship public for the first time in July 2021 when they were spotted seated courtside together at an NBA game.
