Lovers of gospel music were thrilled on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at a Christmas concert organised by popular gospel singer, Sinach. Aptly tagged, ‘Sinach and Friends’, the event was attended by quite a number of gospel artistes.
The concert featured activities such as song performances/ministration, drama presentation and ‘love feast’.
Before the event started, Sinach and her friends had strutted the red carpet looking fabulous and gorgeous. The interior and exterior of the venue wer also well decorated.
The train of activities took off with performances by some up-and-coming gospel artists.
Heavyweight personalities in the industry, such as Nosa Omoregie, Mike Abdul, Ayo Vincent, Everton Mlalazi (Zimbabwe) and Osca Olangi (Congo), performed as well.
There was also a drama presentation that told the story of the birth of Jesus Christ. This was even as Sinach’s ‘mass choir’ rendered some songs which thrilled guests parent.
Guests from outside the entertainment industry were also in attendance. They include the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi; the Chief Executive Officer of Rainoil, Gabriel Ogbechie; founder of Emzor Pharmaceuticals, Stella Okolil; and the chairman of Zinox Group, Stan Ekeh.
