In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision confirming Bola Tinubu as the legitimate President of Nigeria, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential nominee, Peter Obi, is scheduled to hold a global press conference today at 2 p.m. from his campaign headquarters in Abuja.

Atiku Abubakar, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had previously voiced his discontent with the decision, characterizing Nigeria as the ultimate casualty following the verdict.

The unanimous verdict in favor of Tinubu was delivered by the seven-member panel at the apex court, with Justice Inyang Okoro presiding.
