Peak Milk rewards campaign winners with N10m

Winners of Peak Milk’s ‘Unstoppable Humans of Change’ campaign were rewarded with N10m.

The company in a statement on Monday said that the campaign started off with a call for members of the public to nominate individuals driving positive changes in their communities across different categories of social work including education, health, finance, hospitality, and environment.

It said over 500,000 entries were received across the country and reviewed by renowned judges, which consisted of Executive Director, Lagos Food Bank Initiative, Michael Sunbola; President, Sickle Cell Foundation, Samira Sanusi; and Founder, Chess in Slums Africa, Tunde Onakoya.

Anchored by comedian, TV host, and compere, Hero Daniels, the competition ended with the top 10 finalists battling for the grand prize of N2m, a one-year supply of Peak milk, and mentorship sessions by industry experts.

The founder TechSavvy Nigeria and the Children Leadership Initiative, Aderonke Kujoore, won the competition, having created over 5,000 programmes across the country, which has led to the training of more than 40,000 children in Information Technology in 2022.

The second position was won by Chylian Azuh, who has established a community of female survivors of trafficking by providing them with mental health and economic support, while Abimbola Ajala of Lend A Hand for Africa, clinched the third spot.

Azuh and Ajala were each rewarded with N1.5m, a one-year supply of Peak milk, and mentorship sessions by industry experts.
