On Friday, January 12, Alexander Karddalian, a 52-year-old man, was apprehended at Miley Cyrus’ Los Angeles residence. Law enforcement received a call around 1 am regarding a suspicious person near Cyrus’ home, and it was revealed that the individual was someone she had encountered previously.

Having obtained a restraining order against Karddalian for a similar incident the previous year, the singer had mandated him to stay away from her. Despite this, he appeared at her front gate with a stuffed animal. Cyrus’ security apprehended him, and the LAPD was called to the scene. Upon their arrival, Karddalian was taken into custody and subsequently booked for violating the court order.

Miley Cyrus has been contending with the actions of Karddalian since 2018. Reportedly, he had served time in San Quentin before allegedly showing up at her residence in 2022 following his release.
