The 44-year-old expectant television star, said to be expecting by year’s end, was spotted hand in hand with Barker.
They were seen departing from his Calabasas, California-based vegan eatery, Crossroads, following their dinner rendezvous.
Kourtney concealed her pregnancy belly beneath a white, long-sleeved crew-neck dress, which she paired with sturdy black boots. It seemed that she had opted for a makeup-free look.
