A California judge has rejected Sarunas Jackson’s bid to secure a temporary restraining order against actress Keke Palmer, who is also the ex-girlfriend of his brother, Darius Jackson. Court documents obtained by RadarOnline reveal that the Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed the request, where the “Insecure” star accused Keke of making false accusations against him and his brother. Sarunas claimed that Keke had spread untrue claims, including allegations of sexual abuse, and accused her of harassing and stalking his friends and family on social media, causing damage to his career.

Sarunas sought a court order to prevent Keke from harassing him publicly and requested a distance of 150 yards between them. Despite the denial of the temporary restraining order, a hearing has been scheduled for February, allowing Sarunas an opportunity to present his case for a permanent order. This comes after Keke had previously obtained a temporary restraining order against Darius, alleging physical abuse towards her and their child.
