Patience Patra Idehen’s former husband, Peter Idehen, who was married to the young lady behind the once-famous Face of Beauty Nigeria brand, has spoken out. This comes just two months after she went online to accuse him and his family of taking all her belongings and leaving her and their children.
In the video she posted, Patra mentioned that she and her husband got married while they were students at the University of Benin. Even though she was a student, her beauty brand was bringing in a lot of money. She explained that since her partner was just a regular student and wasn’t earning any money, she happily took on the role of providing for the family.
She shared that they started dating in 2017, got married in 2018 while still in school, and soon had two children. Trouble began when she bought a car in her name last year, upsetting her ex-husband. He advised her to sell it, so she did and used the money for their home. When they needed more cash, she sold the house she was building, only to find out his aunt bought it.
Later, he said he needed a million Naira for a course, and she gave him her last money. After he left, he messaged that he wasn’t coming back and had checked out of the marriage in 2019.
He also abandoned their kids, leaving her to struggle to feed them. In a video, he denied abandoning them, claiming he went to hustle and always checked on them, and she said everything was fine.
